A brand new Wembley is emerging and its creating an opportunity no residential property investor can afford to miss. The Internationally famous Wembley Stadium is now at the heart of one the worlds most dramatic development programmes, with £4 Billion being invested to create and outstanding new urban community. The improvements include the arena being re-orientated towards wembley stadium and the creation of a spectacular €14.4 million (£10 million) Arena square which will act as a hub for sporting, cultural and entertainment events. The pproject was completed on time and Wembley Arena has now reopened with a comprehensive itenary of events including performances by Madonna, Westlife and Take That.
